TURNING PLASTIC INTO OPPORTUNITY
We’re raising funds for a plastic baling and smashing machine—a key step in scaling our impact through the "Plastic for Water" project. It helps us reduce plastic waste, create jobs, and generate income to fund clean water projects and support vulnerable children.
Right now, we're focused on Blessings Hope School in Kiungani, home to over 150 students and 52 orphans. With your support, we can enhance the school, grow local agriculture, and build a self-sustaining community.
Your donation turns waste into clean water, education, and opportunity.
Every contribution makes a difference.

OUR GOAL:
CREATING SELF-SUSTAINING SYSTEMS
Our ultimate goal is to empower disadvantaged children and rural Kenyan communities to live independently and improve their quality of life through self-sustaining systems.
We achieve this by reducing plastic pollution, drilling boreholes for clean water, improving access to quality education, and enhancing daily living conditions. We also create local income sources, such as shops, barbershops, and agriculture projects, to support schools and strengthen the wider community.

ACCESS TO WATER
At EDCA, we believe clean water is a basic right.
Every project we undertake begins with developing a reliable water source, transforming lives in rural Kenyan communities. With access to clean water, locals and the children no longer have to spend hours fetching it and can instead focus on developing their skills and education.

EDUCATION
Education is essential for every child’s success.
Our mission is to empower disadvantaged children and orphans by offering quality education, skill-building workshops, and development opportunities. We work closely with local and national communities to provide a curriculum that incorporates financial literacy, practical skills, and crafts from an early age.

AGRICULTURE
Agriculture is vital to Kenya's economic and social development.
However, climate change and seasonal shocks present significant challenges. These issues, coupled with low productivity, affect the well-being of rural children, leading to poor health and limited access to education and resources. We aim to address these challenges by supporting the sector and improving the health and education of rural children.

IMPROVING THE LIVING CONDITIONS
Our ultimate goal is to empower rural communities and disadvantaged children to live independently and improve their quality of life.
We establish diverse income sources for the schools we support—such as local shops, barbershops, and agriculture—to ensure sustainable funding that maintains a high standard of education and benefits the broader community.
